For several years, the LAG Tanz Schleswig-Holstein has enriched the traditional folk festival on May 1st with a dance tent and hands-on dance offers for young and old dancers.
On this day, almost 20 different groups and musicians will play unplugged on 3 stages under the large maypole every half hour. Visiting the festival is free – singing and dancing along is encouraged.
