22nd Upper Franconian costume and specialty market

Every two years, on the first weekend in May, the Upper Franconian traditional costume and specialty market draws many visitors from near and far to the Bamberger Land Farm Museum in Frensdorf.

You will then find everything you need to make an Upper Franconian costume: fabrics, ribbons, buttons, accessories, but also suggestions and advice from experienced seamstresses. A diverse program awaits all visitors, from hats to lederhosen to homemade soaps, ceramics and honey. A very special highlight is the presentation of the most magnificent of all Franconian costumes by guests from the Ochsenfurt district. And as always, the DJK Stappenbach will take care of your physical well-being with homemade cakes and savory dishes with and without meat.

On Sunday at 2 p.m., District Administrator Johann Kalb visits the traditional costume market and welcomes the guests and market stallholders.
