Dancing and relaxing

This weekend we dance – from easy to medium difficult, from slow and solemn to fast and spirited, from England to Bulgaria – with the focus on Balkan folklore. In addition, we get to know various relaxation techniques, breathing and perception exercises that help to experience yourself in a different way.
