Workshop 1:

Dances from France

with dance master Thomas Römer

We are selected from the diverse French dance repertoire  Branles (simple round dances) and various Bourrée forms dance together.

Workshop 2:

Ensemble RITA RASA

Dances from Latvia

The folklore group RITA RASA will invite us to dance with their typical musical instruments and Latvian songs. The group consists of Berlin-based Latvians who have been singing, playing and dancing together since 2015.

Workshop 3:

Dances from West Africa

with dance teacher Jacqui Gauvrit

and the music group “ngoma Vata” (the drum from the village) as well as the dance group “Jacqui et les grandes dames” will guide us in this hands-on workshop according to the La Kossa principle and we will enjoy the African dance feeling with small choreographies.

Participation is free, a contribution to the cake buffet is very welcome!
